Ann Skalaski has collaborated with law schools to identify and solve challenges relating to career services. Ann also provides supplemental support to Career Services Offices and is available to facilitate CSO staff retreats. Ann served as the Assistant Dean for Career Services at the University of Florida, College of Law (1991-96). Prior to that, she spent nine years as the Attorney Recruitment Manager for Holland & Knight, LLP.

Conducted audits of the Career Services Office (CSO) at several law schools
Provided telephonic career counseling for recent graduates of a top tier law school
Conducted mock interviews with law students at a top-tier law school
Assisted in the development of a CSO at a start-up law school
Provided one-on-one training for new CSO staff
Presented supplemental programs for law students
Marketed and enhanced an off-campus job fair for a consortium of law schools
